Positive: I like the clean tent and the airbed is comfy. I also like the place where the tents are located. I like where we can heat up water for tea/coffee. The hot shower is awesome.

Negative: The shower rooms have no privacy. Maybe put another door at the entrance as the other door is for the main shower room. There is an open space on the door where people can see you naked; 2 doors is better. Also, when there are 4 or 5 tents being occupied by a family of four, 2 toilets are not enough. I suggest, add 2 more toilets. The families that occupied the tents are peaceful but the people who live in the big house, behind the trees are very noisy! How can you enjoy the place where we want peace and quiet? Last night, the ?tractor had an overtime and finished his job at 10pm. Of course, it is noisy! It is a good experience but I won't come back at this place.

Positive: Location was great and really easy to find. Tents spacious and having own fire pit and picnic bench was really good. Showers and toilets were clean.

Negative: Only 2 toilets for 6 tents... sharing with possibly up to 24 people and the locks didn't work. Would also be good to have a freezer in kitchen area to keep cool blocks cold. The fairy lights on our tent weren't working which disappointed our 6 year old. Worst thing was the farmhouse located a few metres from the campsite is also a rental and on the second of our 2 day stay, there was a loud party going on from 5.30pm to 3.30am the following morning which ruined our stay and was not the peaceful Pembrokeshire experience we were expecting. If we hadn't had a couple of drinks, we would have packed up and left in the middle of the night. We were offered a free 2 night stay next year to make up for it, but didn't want to risk it. Requested a refund for the night we didn't actually get, but didn't get a reply.

Positive: The pop ups were so much bigger than I expected and we're lovely.

Negative: Literally the one thing and I mean only one thing was the grass was so long to get to the carpark, getting stuff to and from the carpark got us soaked every time. Apart from that,fab :)

Positive: Location, gas hobs (being able to cook in a communal shed was great), easy refund (left promptly during strong winds), grass had been cut (acting on previous feedback), hot water on shower, marshmallows a nice touch, quick response from host, could hear owls at night.

Negative: Requested bed for toddler, but never arrived (not even in time for third night). There is only one sink for handwashing and cleaning dishes. Shower changing area outdoors, so tricksy in rain. Only one shower. Only 2 toilets and it is possible to lock the occupant inside (from outside). Tents feel like glamping, facilities feel like low-budget camping.
