Positive: It was perfect for our family, very comfortable, everyone had their own space, and it had pretty much everything you could need!

Positive: Plenty of room for a family of 5, with beds to spare. Great lounge, dining and kitchen space with access to a private pool. Teenagers also enjoyed the air hockey table and separate pool tables. Ensuite shower was huge, with 2 large, powerful, square shower heads. Whole house was nice and clean, with comfy beds and good towels.
Negative: Appreciated the kitchen pack with dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid and laundry powder. However, kitchen had no salt/pepper/seasoning or oil for cooking the first night. Some of the outside chairs & one of the loungers were damaged & dangerous (better to remove them), plus the ironing board was broken. Was under the impression the pool would be covered, so warmer than it was, but was still good to have.

Positive: The space was adequate for my family.
Negative: My biggest concern was the lack of safety features. No grab bars in the master shower, slip hazard. The front entrance to the home is extremely unsafe especially for elderly people with balance issues. It's way too uneven. The step downs into the bunk bedroom and laundry very dangerous as there are no support features in place. Could use some upgrades. Didn't like all the animal hair all over the sofa, pillows, bedding. Definitely was a turn off being three of my family members have allergies. Cleaners should vacuum furniture to eliminate this issue. Bedding coverings should be washed between rentals. I'm not an animal person so finding animal hair all over the bedding and sofa was a huge turnoff. Beds way too low.

Positive: This was the second time my family and I stayed here and we enjoyed our stay. This place is clean, comfortable, and convenient. It is less than 5 miles from my son's house. There were 9 of us that stayed this time and love the fact that we have space and privacy. We would rather stay here than in a motel. And the price was very reasonable. We plan on staying here again, if it's available, on our next trip to Apollo Beach.
Negative: My husband is wheel chair bound and the bathroom doors are too narrow for his chair. We have to put him in a transfer chair to get him in the bathroom. The entry ramp is a little steep and we need to push his electric wheelchair up the ramp to get him in the house. The smoke detector needed a battery and kitchen stools were wobbly. But even with those few things, we will stay here again.

Positive: The kitchen was stocked, very clean, walking right out to the pool was nice, laundry on site.
Negative: We found the code to be very long. You had to look every time on the text message. The knob was tricky Batteries in remotes didn’t work well, the sink/ water pressure was not good until the plumber came mid week.
