This contemporary home offers the ideal retreat, conveniently located just a short drive from major shopping centers and freeway access. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates 10 guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home cooking, and complimentary coffee is provided. Please Note:
Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance - dog friendly only; no cats - maximum 2. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $60 for 1 pet and $120 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. Pool is seasonal and unheated (Now open through September) and there is no fence surrounding pool. Basement bunk room has 2 twin over twin bunkbeds which are meant for children - sheets are provided for the bottom bunk beds only - if you would like to use the top bunks, please bring your own twin size sheets or sleeping bags. Grill is a charcoal grill - please bring your own charcoal if you wish to use it.

Summary: Rented for a last minute stay for a funeral on Labor Day weekend. House was clean and as-described. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very well maintained and clean. Nicely kept property.

Summary: Our oldest daughter was graduating from college in Boise and we needed a place to bring our other three kids and both of my elderly parents. It was an absolute joy to have us all together in one place. We could cook and eat together, play cards at a table that fit us all. Could not recommend this property enough!

Summary: My wife and I, along with our kids, met up with some family in Boise and stayed here. It was a great location and easy trip to make to get downtown, the green belt trail, and grocery shopping. Everything was a 10-15 min drive. The house was clean, beds comfy, and plenty of space for everyone to mingle and play games or relax. With the pool and hot tub, we definitely know where we’ll be staying when we come up for the summer!
