GulfSide Resort is family owned. We have 10 beautiful vacation suites that sit just a block and half from the sands of St Pete Beach. Easy walking distance to numerous beach bars, restaurants, and shopping. Our property is comfortable and relaxing. Each unit faces the pool. Parking is safe and close to your front door. We have a huge pool with fountain, a shuffleboard court and a putting green. Beautiful property! We have BBQ grills you can use along with beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. Gulfside Resort is a NO SMOKING & NO PETS community!
The space
Unit 1 is a 1 bed/1 bath unit with a queen bed and has a leather sectional sofa. This unit sits directly in front of the pool. It has approximately 550 Sq Ft with comfortable seating and lots of natural light. All of our units have split unit air conditioners that are efficient and quiet. Kitchen is stocked with microwave, stove, utensils, dishes, pots and pans.

Summary: We had a small family reunion meet up in the summer & had about 5 or 6 families stay. It was great we could all be together but go back to our bungalows at the end of the day for some rest (or a nap)! We used the grills to make dinner & the kitchens were convenient for breakfast each morning. We stayed and room 1 and it was the hangout for sure! Super cute, going back again 100% the host Jim & Kathy communicated the entire time! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Summary: Comforts of home within walking distance to beach and pool outside your door. The management shows you what you have along with responding quickly to your needs and comforts. Great place that has all types of restaurants and stores nearby and close to downtown St Pete if you even want to see more. Great getaway for personal or family getaway with lots of options for everyone. Highly recommend and will definitely come back for more.

Summary: This was my 1st time using VRBO and I couldn't be more pleased! The property was perfect and just a 5 minute walk from the beach! Did I mention the owner was amazing? Will definitely stay here again when in the area!!

Summary: We stayed at Gulfside for almost a full week. We loved the pool and the condo's amenities, and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, our unit was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival.

Summary: We had a great experience and will be back. It was very family friendly and a fantastic location. The property has a put put course, shuffle board, a great pool, an outdoor shower and is not too noisy. The only suggestion would be that the bed was a bit creaky. Everything else was amazing!

Summary: This property is very clean, quiet, & within walking distance to the beach & several great restaurants (some with live music). The pristine pool area is great for swimming, relaxing, visiting & cooking out. Besides the very comfortable pool loungers, they provide you with nice beach/pool towels. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked well (you provide the groceries) & there's plenty of towels & linens. There's nice TV's & complimentary books to read. The friendly management is available & responsive. We hope to visit again soon.
