Summary: The home was great size and layout for our family of 6 brothers and sisters celebrating 65 year milestone. Was great for having local family over for swimming and games. Close to necessities like food and restaurants. We really enjoyed the property. Thank you.

Summary: We liked the location of the house but we’re disappointed with the state of the home itself. The showers had significant amounts of mildew and black mold around the frames and grout. The shower heads are about 60 inches from the shower floor which made bathing uncomfortable. The living room lacked enough seating to accommodate my family of six forcing some to sit separately at the dining table. Lastly, neither the water dispenser nor ice maker in the refrigerator/freezer worked.

Summary: We were in town for a bridal shower in Porter Ranch. The house was perfect for the 6 adults who came on our trip. The check in and check our processes were very easy. The host checked in with me on the second day of our trip to see if we needed anything. We enjoyed the large dining area inside and outside. The house was clean, and the kitchen was spacious and stocked with cookware and glassware. We loved the Keurig with the built in frother... everyone enjoyed a latte in the morning! Bathrooms were stocked with towels, soap, and shampoo. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We do wish there was a bit more indoor furniture. With there being 6 adults on our trip, we didn't all fit comfortably on the couches in the living room. All in all, it was a great stay.

Summary: My family and I traveled from South Carolina to LA to attend my daughter’s first college basketball game at CSUN. Overall my impression of the poolside vacation getaway was exactly as pictured online, of which I was very happy. The home was spacious inside, outside with a separate game room. The only downside was 3 of the 4 bedrooms did not have a television. On the other hand TV’s we’re provided in the game room, pool area and common area. The area was safe and quiet (residential). Finally, our stay away from home was just like we were at home and for that I would rate this vacation home a 5⭐️

Summary: Susanna is a great host responded to all of my question's House was clean beds were comfortable plenty of room for all of us . Weather was great so pool was good to jump in with out having to heat . Overall we were happy and impressed with our stay. We would definitely stay here again location is by grocery stores and plenty of restaurants and fast food. Thank You Susanna

Summary: It was a great place to enjoy with family and friends. The host was very responsive and accommodating with family and friends visiting. It’s nearby our place and others making it really convenient. The home was clean with open spaces. There’s play area for kids and street parking around the cul de sac. It’s close to a lot of establishments such as stores and restaurants. We really enjoyed the pool during hot days, the host fulfilled our request of heating up the pool last minute due to weather change. The bathrooms are clean as well as the kitchen, pool, and outside premise. We really enjoyed our stay and although the ref ice/water maker was not working and dated tiles around the pool area, we definitely enjoyed our stay in this home. There’s plenty of seating outside by the pool area with proper shading. An absolute great place to stay!
