The Loft House is a zen oasis that sits on 2 acres and was thoughtfully designed with materials imported from Indonesia and around the world. Custom teak doors, unique artwork, beautiful marble, and textiles are just some of the special items you'll find throughout the house.
The main living space has floor-to-ceiling windows that are two stories high, with a stunning view of the pool and gardens. Soaring ceilings lead up to the house's namesake, the loft. This wide-open area includes a sleek kitchen with everything needed to cook up a storm.
Each bedroom has a unique feature, like garden views or a private patio. The loft provides additional sleeping quarters with curtains for privacy, plus another full-sized living area for lounging, watching movies, or playing games. There is even a chalkboard wall.
The pool area is not only beautiful. It accommodates your group with plenty of lounge chairs, including two chaises on the water. The outdoor shower is a wonderfully private retreat of its own. At night your group will love the fire pit and bask under the Texas sky and stars. The entire property has great space for the kids to run around and have fun.
The screened-in porch is something special. Its gas fire pit, hanging swing chairs, built-in benches, and large dining area are perfect for quiet evenings with friends and family. And the pass-through to the kitchen makes it a fantastic spot to entertain too.

Summary: The house is a relaxing place to gather. It has many spaces to utilize from the pool, to the screened in porch, to the spacious kitchen and living area. The decor is an eclectic mix that made just wandering the house and absorbing an activity, too.

Summary: I get it now...I get why this place a perfect rating and almost 100 5 star reviews! Everything from cleanliness, comfort and the details were amazing. Great amenities and they even sent us a box of warm cookies on our first night! Hanging out by the pool, the fire place and having dinner in the screened in porch room was a great way to spend time with my closest friends. 15 min drive to popular places like 6th st and Rainey. You can tell a lot of love was put into this home. I would come back just to stay at this place again!

Summary: We assembled our adult "children" and "significant others" at this amazing and unique oasis... just a stone's throw from downtown Austin, but in a peaceful "yesteryear" neighborhood of Sunset Valley. The Loft House (quickly dubbed "Bali House" by our crew) is a beautiful home with generous proportions and endless spaces to unwind in solitude, or gather together to celebrate. The immediate surroundings included multiple deer, serenading chickens, beautiful birds and other wildlife. The host was nearby and could not have been more accommodating. We would covet an opportunity to stay here again, but failing that... we have stored up treasured family memories at this fabulous retreat.

Summary: We were a group of 7 women (45-50ish) that stayed here for a "girls getaway". We admittedly never left the house - it is beautiful. Every little nook and cranny has been adorned with something fun / artistic / beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. There are so many fun places to sit as a group and connect. We used uber eats for meals and just relaxed. We also took advantage of a yoga class and tarot card reading. Truly a perfect weekend! Thank you Sharon for sharing your magical home!!! We are looking forward to coming back when the pool is warmer ;o)

Summary: I hosted a women’s retreat for ~20 people at this property and it was nothing short of magical. All of the attendees were RAVING about how amazing it was. I especially appreciate how many different areas there were in the house so that we could switch up the experience. Sharon was extremely helpful and communicative. I would definitely host another retreat here!
