Positive: Great location, nice facilities loved the izakaya across the road and short walk to beach. Was a great spot for a family get away and would love to come back in summer.

Negative: Pool isn't heated so best to come when the weather warms up, the outside sink was leaking the whole time and the bbq needed servicing. Called staff as ran out of coffee pods after first night but they would not bring more when we called, no filter coffee maker so if staying for more than a night then you'll need to bring your own drip coffee.

Summary: Great family getaway in quiet Nakijin.

Positive: Staff were friendly and helpful in making bookings and ordering cabs for us. Good Weber gas BBQ. Decent smart TV with Netflix.

Negative: Very remote location. We struggled as we had a problem with our international driving licences, so were refused car rental. Hailing apps have no drivers in the area. Taxis are possible. Might be a challenge if you don't speak any Japanese. I know enough to get by. Pool is smaller than it looks in photos. More like a splash pool. Anyway it was too cold to swim most of our April trip.

Positive: The place was Breathtaking! This was our first villa and we really enjoyed it. Everything was just as pictured. The pool, the living room, the kitchen and 2 bathrooms and grill area. So glad it was exactly as stated.I must say the Sauna was a Huge bonus used it everyday. There was also the beach which was sooooo peaceful and Gorgeous, literally a walk behind the building. There is a path everyone can take to get there

Negative: First it was kinda hard to find, took a while, as others commented. It is literally on the path that leads to the beach it looks like a walkway only. But The path on the side of the building is both to the beach and the royal one. 2nd, The master bathroom or bathroom in the back like previous comments said the smell was horrible. The window barely helps. You guys should invest in an air freshener that can help balance it. It looks like they can't do anything about the smell as the sewer is right there. Also, I wish y'all would invest in a pool heater because good thing my kids enjoyed swimming in cold water. We would have liked to swim in it more but it was way too cold. This was one of my main reasons for getting it. Other than these things definitely worth staying here!

Positive: Two toilets and two showers was fantastic. Having our own pool was awesome. The walk to the beach was super short.

Negative: The shower/bath could have used a stool. It wasn’t clear to us how to dispose of full garbage bags.

Positive: Big room, with wash machine & dryer which is really useful. And the big kitchen and dining room.

Negative: Honestly, the toilet and the kitchen are quite smelly, especially the kitchen - very strong BBQ smells in the room when we first in and we can’t get rid of it until we left…
