Positive: Amazing location! Everything you could need (cooking, dishwasher, pool, kids toys, etc!)
Negative: Bed and pillow was a wee bit lumpy and the blinds were hard to operate. Water got dangerously hot for kids, but all nothing that made the stay actually unpleasant at all.
Summary: We had an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend. Location is great.

Negative: One thing I didn’t like was that there was no hand wash, shampoo, or shower gel provided—only leftovers were left. Additionally, there was no lift, just stairs, which was a bit difficult for my mum, even though it was on the first floor

Positive: Safe space for my young adult children and their friends while they attended a concert and explored the city. Owner of the apartment was easily contactable and friendly. This is definitely the spot to stay on the Viaduct.
