Summary: Our return to this property for year two - weather issues made check-in and some amenities a challenge, but the host were very responsive. Thanks for another great stay - we will return.

Summary: We had 5 couples 10 people used every bit of the beds. There is room to gather talk cook inside and out. Some beds are small so we brought air mattresses since my group is not going up top on a bunk bed. The hot tub is a nice relaxing end to the day. We cooked on the bbq and played corn hole cards and jenga. There were a few things we wish we had a garage but we made the long driveway work. There were only 2 kitchen trash bags. Bring extras like zip locks. Foil. Paper plates. Napkins. More extra blankets. A fan downstairs it gets stuffy but we went and bought one. Trash day is Friday we realized too late since we arrived Thursday and we’re busy. Devon always replied to all my million ?. All and all we would be back

Summary: We loved the house and it was perfect for our family. It was very convenient to everything. My only suggestion would be to have more silverware for the amount of people listed on the rental. Might want to consider putting a double bed in the upstairs bedroom instead of a single. I’m sure we will rent this again to visit our grandkids at UNR. Thanks for a great stay.

Summary: Had a wonderful time clean pool, clean, hot tub bedroom accommodations were good bed arrangement was a little wonky needed queen in the third bedroom. Other than that everything was great.

Summary: Great location, close to all we needed to drive to. We enjoyed having the space to be with friends by the pool, 3 bathrooms for the 10 of us and the communication was great and accommodating.

Summary: We stayed here for my husband's 60th birthday celebration with 3 couples total. House was in a good location and was comfortable. Bedrooms were spread out so we all felt like we had our own privacy. Worked really well for us. My only complaint was that it could have been cleaner upon arrival. Furniture had stains on it that we cleaned up and we had to wipe the counters again. Pool was dirty, but we worked on it with the skimmer and got it clean enough to use. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Summary: The place was perfect for a family of three - three bathrooms to three families. We were there for a volleyball tournament at the convention center which was about 1 mile or so away. Nice quiet residential area next to a school. Easy to get to the convention center and to downtown. All three families enjoyed the place and would book again.

Summary: Overall, the place was a good place to stay with a large group and it was very clean. A few things did come up. 1) we ran out of paper towels and there weren’t any extras. 2) it look us awhile to figure out where the wifi information was (small fonts behind the router). 3) neighborhood is not the greatest.

Summary: Wonderful flexible space for our group of athletes that arrived for a competition in Reno. After a long day of competition the hot tub was a great respite. The downstairs space served as a great bonding location and the open floor plan upstairs was awesome. Found some great food nearby and we were happy to be away from the bustle of downtown but close to everything.
