The open plan living and dining areas flow out to a front deck allowing for that relaxing indoor outdoor feel with views across the pool and waters. Spread across one split level, Cooran Court accommodates up to 8 guests easily and has been furnished with comfort in mind. The property has a fully fenced child-friendly yard and courtyards, a private jetty for afternoon fishing adventures and a large inground pool with pool lounges, which makes this a perfect holiday destination for families.
Walk straight out onto your own the sandy beach to the water, paddle around Noosa's waterways in the supplied canoes, fish from the jetty with the kids in the afternoons, or simply laze on one of the sun lounges in the lush tropical surrounds by the pool. Ideal for families and access to the riverfront is via a glass gate. The pool is salt water, fully fenced and safety compliant.

Summary: Great house in excellent location. We loved the view and the walk to Noosa Heads. Just one thing - the vine over the pool needs to go. The pool never looked clean, and the surrounding area had to be swept every day. Too messy.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay, great comfortable house in an excellent location. The kids particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, water was very warm. All amenities provided. Overall a very pleasant stay, will definitely stay there again. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 kids and the house was perfect for us. The only thing is that we couldn't have a bbq on the last night as there was no gas. Would have been helpful to know that we needed to organise that ourselves. Otherwise everything else was great.
