This is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom pool home in the center of South Ft Myers. 15 minutes or less from everything. 15 minutes from the Minnesota Twins & Boston Red Sox Spring training facilities. 10 minutes from historic downtown. 15 minutes from Sanibel & Ft Myers Beaches. 15 minutes from the RSW airport. 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths, 3rd bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. 2 master bedrooms with bathrooms attached. Fenced in backyard with pool and jacuzzi. Also a backyard tiki bar & barbeque. We are pet freindly. Non smoking. We welcome players from the Roy Hobbs World series annually, we are located about 15-20 minutes from all the fields and the main headquarters.

Summary: We had a wonderful time. The Florida weather didn’t allow for as much pool time as we’d liked but we loved the hot tub. House was perfect for our two families to share with plenty of space. Rob was very accommodating and a great host! We will definitely be back!

Summary: Overall a good experience. Pool and pool area definitely need attention. Kitchen is definitely lacking in pots and pans, no teaspoons, scissors or garbage can in the kitchen!! Rob is a great guy !
