This unique place has a style all its own! Hi, I’m Nick & I’ve restored this beautiful brick home with new updates. This pool + spa haus is for those who are looking for a retreat in the city.
I’ve created this space with health & wellness in mind. A place that’s open for the open minded. I look forward to having you!
When you enter the home, there’s a large living room that opens up to dining room big enough for six! The kitchen is fully updated with all new appliances. I’ve stocked up the coffee & for those who enjoy herbal refreshments, we have a variety of teas + there’s a smoothie station!
The bathroom is a retreat in and of it self. I’ve put in a waterfall shower + a stand alone tub in this spacious bathroom. The best part of this bathroom? Well, open the side door & you have a year round *HEATED* pool!
Downstairs has another bathroom, yoga studio, sauna & red light therapy bed. It’s not a tanning bed, think of a SAD lamp but for your whole body. I’ve created this space with health & wellness in mind. Time to relax and rejuvenate! I look forward to having you!

Summary: The home is lovely, and it's on a nice quiet one-way street. The back patio and pool area are perfect! It was a little cooler than expected this weekend, but they already had the pool heat turned on for us. This place is a perfect little getaway, and Nick was very nice and accommodating. I totally recommend! 😁

Summary: We stayed at this home for a week with our 3 children (8,5, and 3). It was PERFECTLY located for all of the activities we had planned, within 15 minutes of all of them! The pool was what originally attracted me to this house, but everything far exceeded my expectations, including Nick! There were so many little "extra" things that were done to welcome us (small gifts, etc). He went the extra mile to even reach out to provide us with tips and alarm info if we wanted to use it to make sure our littles weren't able to go out to the pool area on their own. Whenever I text him, he responded within 5 minute. He was one of the most responsive and proactive hosts I've ever had. Thanks so much Nick! If we come back to St. Louis, you'll be the first house we look for!

Summary: This was a great stay for our family and friends + little kids. The pool was warm even in 50-ish degree weather and the location was a perfect drive to our main attractions/restaurants (zoo, Magic House, Boggarts, Grace Meat + Three, 4Hands). There's a really neat brewery about 50 steps from the front door (Civil Life) and the house was fully stocked with everything you'd need. Nick was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Beautiful home. Just as described. Nick is very accommodating, a thoughtful host, and available as needed. You won’t want to leave the home! I look forward to returning in the Summer to make even better use of the outdoor space.
