Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four ferry boats going to and from the island everyday in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, private homes are rented out during the summer months. Most of these homes are made from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.
The house, which is in a small complex of semi-detached independent houses, is close to the main town of Ioulida (Chora) and has a 180 degrees panoramic sea and sunset view.

Lower level which comes out onto a veranda and the garden: One bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.

Summary: This villa has the best view of any we saw. You are totally private and can sit by the pool watching the sunset going down while the BBQ heats up. The kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms cool and spacious. Maria & panos met us from the ferry and personally showed us to the villa and booked our PCR tests. They were so responsive and helpful with recommendations. The villa is a perfect option for a peaceful getaway to relax
