Positive: The apartment was nice and spotlessly clean, the mattress in the bedroom was good, the kitchen was a bit small: we did not cook anything other than breakfast (the kitchen is placed inside the corridor between bedroom and bathroom and it did not have a vent) - but we have been on the road during the day anyway. There is a food shop called Norma opposite the house and next to it, a very rustic and traditional restaurant. It serves amazing Czech cuisine, the best beer ever and prices were decent. Be careful: the kitchen closes at 8 pm. The apartment is a bit further away from the town center, reachable by bus (Nr 12) with a bus station is right next to the house - approx. 30 mins by foot.

Negative: The mattress in the living room was not very good to sleep on (one could feel the springs).

Summary: It's a good and clean apartment, - the restaurant opposite makes it all worth it!

Positive: The apartment was quiet, very clean and well equipped. We had all the information that we needed and is really close to the center, just by taking a 10 minute bus. We made a reservation for the parking, but in case they are all taken, you can park outside.

Negative: I would suggest to please change the mattress and pillows. The bed is big, but wasn't comfortable

Positive: The house has several apartments with a big garden and a pool. The bus station is very close and infront of the house is a grocery store and a restaurant with great prices. The host, Radek is very nice and he explained us how the buses work and gave us a map with the most important places in Karlovy Vary. Overall it is a nice place for a vacation. Radek also has a very gentle dog.

Positive: We enjoyed the garden, The apartment was well equipped, comfortable tall bed, large bathroom well equipped with soaps, the kitchen also had soaps and dish soap,sponge, some salt and sugar, there was also a vacuum and mop for the kitchen, we were able to cook! A nice wide corridor with closets to hang and pack out. The bus stopped right in front of the building so it was very easy to get to the city center, The bus has English on the ticket machine that works by card only! Cheap bus fares, we also took 24h tickets when we went to another part for a walk/hike in Doubi.

Negative: It does say on the profile that the pool is closed from mid September which makes sense it was still open for us but it was cold the water and the weather was not that warm either on those days so we only took one swim one of the day but paid Spa tax for all the days.
