Summary: This house is spacious and relatively clean and comfortable. Suggest bringing all cleaning supplies including cleaning spray, paper towels, and trash bags as the house offered limited supply. The location is residential and in walking distance to some stores and an ice cream shop. The pool is smaller than it looks in pictures. Adding the pool dimensions to the listing would help. There is no view of the pool from inside the house. There isnt much of a view from any window at all. I guess this is good for privacy but definitely doesnt give a scenic vacation house vibe. The backyard was comfortable although the pool filter wasn’t functioning properly during our stay. The property manager fixed it the next morning but we did miss some time in the pool and the water definitely needed more chemicals. The dryer wasn’t functioning properly and wasn’t able to dry the pool towels. The game area is nice, although it is not in an air conditioned part of the house - so it was very warm in there during the July stay. The house is located just over the bridge from OC NJ so it’s a quick drive to beach and boardwalk. Also be aware that you will be asked for drivers license at check in before getting the entry code. This was a bit late in the process as we already were 2 hours into the drive and were having trouble with the vrbo app sending a photo of the license. Unnecessary stress. Overall this is a good house with comfortable accommodations and the property manager was responsive.

Summary: The property was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The owner responds quickly to any and all communication. The area is quiet and close to restaurants/ shopping/ grocery stores. It’s also a short drive over the bridge to Ocean City. If you decide to stay here, when you get the address, Google maps doesn’t show a pool… there is a pool! I would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: We had a great weekend! The house layout is FABULOUS! Plenty of room. House had tons of amenities. My only "complaint" was the sprinkler system went off while we were enjoying the late afternoon/evening by the pool & we got soaked coming back into the house. Maybe that should be set to a later time of the day or alert the house guests of the timing so we would have been prepared. Otherwise it was a fabulous weekend & we are looking forward to going back!

Summary: VRBO-listed hot tub there is none. Pool light doesn’t go on in pm. Sprinklers go on at dinner time- so you get sprayed cooking dinner when it is breezy. Should be set when you’re not using yard. Need to use Amazon account to watch tv. Some extra trash cans and recycling bins would be helpful. As a whole we had a wonderful week!

Summary: The house was recently renovated and an outdoor pool added. The house boasted with extra high ceilings and open style rancher. Everything is new and felt very inviting. The outdoor space is plentiful with room for outdoor activities. This place was awesome and I’m glad we found it. Thank you to the homeowner! We will be back!!

Summary: My daughter’s graduation from high school had several members of my family traveling to this area. This included my 88 year old mother who uses a walker to get around. I needed a ranch style house so my mom can walk safely around the house. This property was ideal and has enough space for my family to relax and celebrate my daughter’s high school graduation. The pool was a bonus! Everything was clean, modern and well thought out. Thank you for providing such an amazing home while away from my home. Worth every penny!!

Summary: We had an amazing stay over Memorial Day weekend. The house was gorgeous and clean. It was convenient for any shopping we had to do with a target and ShopRite just down the road. The beds were very comfortable as well and everything was very nice. Thank you for a great stay!
