It's a great place to gather around the dinner table, by the pool and on the veranda for your morning coffee. We feature a huge gathering room with an 80 inch screen and a billiard table, Gym and mediation room . Great place to get out of the office and into a space to think , brain storm or just hang out and get to know others in your company or soon to be family !!. Only 30 minutes to Nashville airport, 15-20 minutes to downtown Nashville, Green Hills , Coolsprings Galleria, Vanderbilt and other medical facilities , and 10 minutes to Brentwood , Bellevue, and historic downtown Franklin. 5 minutes to Cheekwood , Bellmeade mansion, Ford Ice Skating Center, many parks and trials. Directly across from the street from the Harpeth Hills golf course and Steeplechase Equestrian center.
This is the perfect location for the Steeplechase, CMT awards or festival, Titans or Preds games or just taking in the beautiful sights and venues around Music City and or relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of that busy schedule. Daily rate is for up to 8 persons an additional $100 per night per guest over 8 up to 12. NO unregistered guest allowed on the property at any time . No parties or events allowed without prior consent and fees pay in advance. We reserve the right to decline at our own discretion. If a guest breaches our strict guidelines they will be asked to leave without a refund. Due to insurance requirement . Summary: Gorgeous, large, well-equipped home with 5 bedrooms, 4 with king-sized beds, perfect for a group of couples. The exercise room, swimming pool and pool table were an added plus. The kitchen was well-equipped. Michelle was very responsive and answered our questions promptly.

Summary: We absolutely loved our time here. The house is stunning, so much space and areas for people to gather. Huge, beautiful kitchen. Great outdoor area and pool. And awesome cozy tv room to hang. It’s a nice relaxing getaway but close to restaurants and all things Nashville. Highly reco.

Summary: Our stay was an excellent. The owners responded with any questions we had right away. The house was stunning!! The kids loved the pool, and media room. It’s perfect for a group, and family. Highly recommend.

Summary: The house was perfect for our party of 12. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space but also places for all of us to sit together and hang out. We enjoyed the pool table, the outdoor pool, and the space on the driveway to play basketball and spikeball. The house is well stocked and the owner was very responsive.

Summary: We took my 100 year old mother to stay at this beautiful home to celebrate her birthday. It was exactly as described in the VRBO listing! Michelle was awesome to work with. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. And, the pool was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We had a group of 8 stay for a bachelorette weekend and had the best time! Michelle was great and so accommodating to our needs and the house was absolutely gorgeous. There was enough space for everyone to spread out and places for us to be together - it was perfect. The pool was incredible and our only lament was wishing we had carved out more time to just spend there!
