Summary: I emailed this list to the owner. He wrote back that everything “checked out fine”. When I specifically asked if these things were fixed , he only said that the day we checked out was mow the lawn day and we were the only guests to ever complain. 1. Backyard is unusable, grass is a foot tall and hasn’t been mowed, deck is filthy and boards are loose and coming apart, splinters.2. No hot pads to use with the oven. There were only wash cloths to take a pan out.3. 6 tvs 4 remotes and they don’t all work4. All bedrooms need curtains to block out the 6 am sun, no sleeping in here.5. Pans are old and flake teflon into the food which is toxic6. No garbage cans in bedrooms.7. Middle bedroom closet door fell off8. Left bedroom pull cord on fan fell off8. Right bedroom ceiling fan is loose and woobly 9. Outdoor table was filthy 10. No firewoodIn our opinion this place is WAY over priced!!

Summary: House was clean and as described on website. Updated and best of all very comfy mattresses. Would definitely stay here again. All kinds of shopping, food and anything else right around the corner.
