Positive: The view was wonderful. Great location. An easy drive to everything. Stores and restaurants an easy walk Amazing porch, sunroom and outside patio to enjoy. Good kitchen down and liked the wet bar upstairs.

Negative: It was like 2 different spaces when it came to beds and cleanliness. Upstairs rooms were all nice and clean and beds had real mattresses. Downstairs was a different story. The rooms were dusty and one of them had ants on the bed. The bed in one room was 2 separate twin mattresses and only one had been made up and the other was dirty. The sofa bed was actually just a hard couch without real bedding. A thin plastic sheet was placed as bottom sheet.

Summary: Beautiful old home with amazing location and views. Lots of common space but inconsistent cleaning and beds

Positive: huge house close to Lake Balaton. large rooms lots of space for a large family or group. amazing view.

Negative: stairs are very steep so might be a problem with small kids. Cellar is kind of scary. there was a house keeping error when we arrived so cleaning could be improved. But the owner was very nice about it and helped out.

Summary: beautiful country house close to lake Balaton.
