Summary: Hotel is well located and has great views of the sea and sunsets from the terraced bar area, We had a room on the ground floor car park side which was spacious and had a ery nice wet room , sadly it also had an electric car charging point directly outside our window which seemed to be in frequently use throughout our stay and sometimes late at night which was a little annoying due to the constant noise from this activity , there is also some major construction work going on at present which we wasn’t made aware off at the time of booking and was very aware of the sound of vehicles or machinery moving about especially in the morning, Breakfast was great with a good choice on offer but service was a little chaotic at times Staff were helpful and polite, I would stay again but would probably wait until the building work has been completed .

Summary: So happy we chose Polurrian on the Lizard for exploring the Lizard peninsular (Lizard point, Kynance Cove, Poldhu Cove) Vista restaurant offered stunning views of the coastline. The mussels we ate there were delicious. Such a beautiful place to sit and admire scenery. Breakfast was all excellent - full English, coconut chia, pastries. Staff were all helpful and welcoming! Didn’t want to leave! Spa was fully booked during our stay - only wish I had booked a treatment in advance!

Summary: Excellent stay. Sea view. Nice shower and elemis products. Really helpful staff. Nice room, good walking direct from the hotel along the SW way. The grounds are lovely with lots of plants. We had dinner and breakfast, both good.

Summary: Great staff, amazing location. Their private beach looks good, however, my dogs were not permitted (maybe a seasonal restriction?).

Summary: Clean room. Wonderful staff. Great breakfast. Lovely cafè and restaurant within the vicinity, plus access to the pool and spa. Location is very good with wonderful views of the sea, however, it can be a bit difficult during a very windy day. Overall, would defo recommend and would book again!

Summary: Lovely location and bedroom, but unfortunately spoilt by a power cut as we entered for breakfast. There was no cold meats or cheese ,I was offered a bacon sandwich but it was cold. I did feel sorry for the young girl serving ,so we didn't complain.But the main desk staff were very rude when I mentioned not having a breakfast ,she just said take a croissant .

Summary: The room was recently refurbished and was very practical for a larger family. The beach view was fantastic. The staff were always helpful, and we had a very pleasant stay.

Summary: We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and have yet to hear back from a Manager regarding the numerous complaints we had with the service experienced. To begin with, I will note the positives: Clean room Friendly staff Beautiful views Now the negatives: Upon checking into our room at 7pm (following a telephone conversation had earlier in the morning regarding our children and dog joining us) we discovered that the extra beds were not in our room ready for our children to sleep on. The next morning I reported to reception about being awoken early due to water pipes rumbling to which I was told nobody had mentioned about before. No offer to move. Having ordered Lunch, our one childs meal was left off the order and he was left waiting. For evening Dinner, we were informed the hotel were short staffed and so could not offer the pizzas advertised on their website. This made things difficult for us having had lunch there earlier and our children having to choose from the same menu. Drinks arrived late, so we turned them away when they eventually arrived thinking that we would go elsewhere for dinner. This was on a Sunday, on my Birthday, and we had little choice but to stay as locally not much was open/and only serving roast dinners. We ordered dinner, to find that our puddings were now missed off and so we had to chase. Throughout the staff were friendly, but not very professional or offering a good service. My 2 separate complaints fell on deaf ears it would seem.
