Summary: What a beautiful place! We absolutely loved our time here! The place is dated. That’s for sure! But it didn’t detract from the charm and utter beauty of its setting. The restaurant food was excellent, staff lovely and friendly and breakfast was delicious. If you are in this region I’d get there. The beaches, the closeness to Eriskay, the utter charm of the place as well as their selection of gins!

Summary: Fantastic location right by the sea. Spacious bar, restaurant, lounge and breakfast rooms. Small comfy room with a fab sea view. Shower room was compact, unfortunately one of the tiles on the floor was badly cracked and the shower door hadn’t been cleaned of soap splashes. Staff were friendly and helpful, although I wasn’t told I needed to pay for my restaurant meal on the night rather than at checkout which was a bit embarrassing. Hotel manager (Georgia) very kindly located some property I accidentally left behind and is sending it on to me for which I am enormously grateful.

Summary: The hotel and staff are perfect, food was amazing with choices for all dietary needs. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The manager was extremely friendly with time and knowledge for guests even when busy. The hotel is situated on the sea front with amazing views, will definitely revisit

Summary: This is a grand old hotel with an excellent beach location. Our room was large, well appointed and nicely updated. Our dinner and breakfast were both excellent. Parking was convenient and the staff most helpful.
