Positive: Very clean, large room size (as per normal Finnish standards). Well-equipped kitchen. Very much loved the location and surroundings of the hotel.
Negative: Could not reach the staff on site at all. The chat service was a bot, so not the most helpful too. Breakfast is palatable if limited.

Negative: Reception service, inexisting. No public transport, YOU NEED A CAR, a taxi from Viekkola costs 25 Euro! No room service, they did not clean the room FOR 3 DAYS, NO CLEAN TOWELS, THEY DID NOT EMPTY THE RUBBISH BIN. Nobody available in case of emergency! Restaurant closed,impossibile to eat there! ONLY A GLUTEN FREE ROLL WAS OFFERED TO ME AT BREAKFAST ! - I AM COELIAC AND I SENT 3 MAILS TO INFORM THEM. INDECENT!

Positive: We loved our stay at the hotel with our family of 3 adults and 2 small kids. It is a great location for hiking. We enjoyed the lake and SUP boards. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Negative: Minor learning for me that it was a bit difficult to approach the hotel by taxi with kids, because of organizing children seats. This should be organized ahead.

Positive: Amazing location right at the heart of the park Paddling boats available at the lake. Comfy beds Quite and silent Plenty of tracks around the hotel
Negative: In my opinion very expensive for what it offers but maybe it’s the area Didn’t like the interiors, very functional There were works on the main facade which didn’t annoyed us at all but didn’t look pretty to watch
