Positive: The location was good.

Negative: The staff for the buildings were not very attentive in fact they seemed to look down at the Booking or AirBnB rentals. As soon as we confirmed were a temporary rental they kinda rolled their eyes as if they didn’t enjoy us being there. Additionally, the second day we had to move to a different apartment because there was a gas leak issue. The new apartment had a few safety issues and concerns that we just overlooked to try to bit ruin our trip. We spent as little time as possible at the place to avoid it being a negative on our trip.

Summary: It came with many inconveniences and challenges, but at the very least we had a bed at night.

Positive: Location, size, valie for money. Pool in the complex Is excellent

Negative: At the apartment, NONE of the side lamps in the rooms or the Living room worked. Seems that the Power Outlets were not connected? (did check circuit breakers and all were ok) Also the use of stairway switches in the master bedroom did not work according to standard (operate lights from whichever switch). Had to be guessing which switch would turn the light On/Off.

Summary: Great Apartment in the heart of the New Polanco area.
