Negative: You could see that wear and tear on the buildings was becoming obvious. They should be addressed before it gets out of hand.

Positive: The view from the patio was amazing, we saw turtles surfacing from the room one morning. Bed comfortable, kitchen clean. We loved the restaurant on the water & the close location to Margaritaville (to catch boats from their docks). Walk to Coki beach, which has awesome snorkeling, but crowded so go early. We rented a car and drove to smith bay beach which is $8 a person, but well worth it in our opinion. Close to Red Hook to catch the ferry to St. John.

Negative: Only con was the shower head was installed strangely so had to hold it to shower & lots of stairs. 9/10, I’d go back and stay again.

Positive: The view is exceptional! The room had everything we needed. The kitchen was sufficient. The three pools are nice and have great views. There’s not really a sandy beach but there is a beach with chairs, some sand, and water. There are free shuttles all day to anywhere on the property.

Negative: There are a lot of stairs!!! If you have bad knees it’s going to be hard for you!

Summary: Very nice of you can climb stairs.
