Positive: The view is exceptional! The room had everything we needed. The kitchen was sufficient. The three pools are nice and have great views. There’s not really a sandy beach but there is a beach with chairs, some sand, and water. There are free shuttles all day to anywhere on the property.

Negative: There are a lot of stairs!!! If you have bad knees it’s going to be hard for you!

Summary: Very nice of you can climb stairs.

Positive: It was very conveniently located to the activities that we did. We could walk to the sunset cruise at Margaritaville as well as to Coki Beach. Easy drives to Redhook, Megan’s Bay, Sapphire and other nice beaches.

Negative: The air conditioner did not cool the entire villa very well, so the bedroom was a little warm for sleeping.

Summary: Overall, we enjoyed our stay at point pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Positive: Because of the many steps we were moved to an easier navigation with no problem!

Negative: A lot of steps and stairs to navigate. Not good if you are older and have disabilities.

Positive: The food at both restaurants was good.

Negative: Our unit E12 needs an update. The bathroom wall was dirty, and there was no fixture on the bathroom ceiling light. Sofa was uncomfortable. The unit was a dark, long, and narrow unit. Ac used a timer, so it went off during the night 👎 No beach to speak of.

Positive: Extremely spacious condo, adequate kitchen supplies. Comfortable bed. On site restaurants and 3 pools, easy access to Island attractions. Must have a car. Safe. Great view. Need to be aware there are many stairs and very steep hills

Negative: Was not impressed with the food or service at the Sun and Sea bar and grill. Did not eat at the higher end restaurant. Everything else was very nice.
