Summary: We thought the property itself was absolutely beautiful and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was great and we loved the quiet atmosphere it brought to us. We do have a few complaints regarding the room. Not very happy about the private villa we stayed in. It had a bad smell like basement and there small bugs in there. Also no windows. Also we had to cancel one of our stay and we did not receive a refund which was disappointing.

Summary: The property is very nice, however the level of service could be improved. Breakfast was always somewhat poorly managed. They often did not have plates available, or they were out of certain items and did not appear aware. Tables were left uncleaned for a while after the diners left. They did respond quickly to requests, but many of these issues could have easily been addressed beforehand. The room was nice, but coudl have used a little more maintainace (plumbing slow to drain, toilet paper holder loose, a few floorboards coming up). Internet was very spotty and was non-functional most of the time.
