Summary: I came with my mom and it was the perfect place to enjoy the quiety beauty of the Tuscan countryside. The grounds are stunning and enjoying breakfast in the outdoor patio every morning was such a sweet way to start our day. I also cannot commend the staff enough for being so thoughtful in how they manage the property and answered our questions.

Summary: Grounds are stunning with views in all direction's! Room is nice and big with a gorgeous view. Breakfast buffet is ok, dinner wasn’t that great, especially for the price. Quick 15 minute drive into San Gimignano. Pool area wasn’t open yet when we were there but looks great for when it is!

Summary: Below expectations for the price – nice location but disappointing experience We stayed for three nights in early April as a couple. During the same trip, we stayed in other agriturismos in a similar price range, and this one unfortunately did not compare well in terms of value and overall experience. The location near San Gimignano is very nice, with pleasant countryside views. However, the service and overall guest experience felt quite limited. Key issues: • Breakfast (€20 pp): limited and inconsistent selection (e.g. stale croissants, very basic fruit unless requested, no plain yogurt, eggs gone cold) • Short breakfast window (until 10:00), creating a rush with slow replenishment • Staff appeared very stretched, resulting in a lack of welcome and a tense atmosphere • Accommodation: annex building requires driving to the main property for meals; not very convenient • Kitchen available but guests asked not to use it • Dinner: fixed menu with no choice; food was good but simple; service felt canteen-like and not particularly atmospheric • Other points: • Pool remained covered despite warm weather • No takeaway breakfast offered for early departure (despite we paid for it) • Complimentary wine (Expedia Gold benefit) only offered at check-out, hence not able to enjoy it) Positives: • Nice setting and views • Comfortable bed • Good house wine Overall: While the property itself is pleasant, it felt more like the hotel prioritise their convenience.

Summary: Absolutely stunning scenery with beautiful rolling hills and surrounding wineries. Friendly and helpful staff. Seems to be family owned. If I were to suggest some areas of improvement, maybe the shower stalls can be cleaned more thoroughly. Breakfast varieties could also do with some expansion. But in general it was a wonderful stay!

Summary: Place was beautiful, but was a little upset with customer service. I booked and paid for 7 nights but only stayed 4 due to the fact that we booked one night in Venice, one in Florence and one in Chinque Terrre. What rosette is the fact that the room was ready when we arrived a few hours before our check-in but they wanted to charge us another 10 euro a person to check in early when I paid for 4 people for one quadruple room ..which was the most expensive one .. I think that bad customer service. The room is for four people but I booked for 3 and last minute I added a fourth my husband and they charged another 45 euro a day which it doesn’t make sense since we shared the same bed and we didn’t stay there the whole 8 days I paid for anyway .. I I wanted to take a bottle of water from all inclusive breakfast to my room and they told me to go pay for it at the reception desk. This was ridiculous since breakfast it’s all inclusive. I feel they nickel and dime you for everything., even though the place and food was wonderful and I would love to go back, I think I’ll find somewhere just as beautiful.. plenty of places.
