Positive: The apt was spotless clean . Very nicely decorated. the washing machine was a plus. The kitchen is well furnished. The hosts were welcoming and other guests were quiet . Loved the pool and the spa. Convenient to get to florence if you have a car. You can find a parking spot in the hospital and take the bus to center. Or walk .
Negative: Each apt has a large table outside where to eat or work. I would add more shade above this space.

Positive: It was a great place to stay outside the busy areas but close enough to Florence! The apartment was fully equipped and clean! The airco also was perfect. The pool was awesome. Andrea an Silvia were super helpful. Also they had a lot of lovely kitties :)
Negative: Although it comes with the season, there are a lot of mosquitos so make sure to have a good anti mosquito spray! Not terrible for us though.
Summary: Amazing stay outside Florence :)
