Positive: Recently renovated, but in traditional style. A very warm welcome from the host who was attentive and eager to please. Exceptional breakfast and stunning views from this farmhouse style property.

Positive: Simon is such an amazing host. He could not have been more kind, and the villa is absolutely beautiful with postcard views in every direction. Perfectly clean, great shower, comfortable bed, lovely decor. The breakfast was delicious and the most generous we enjoyed on our entire Via Degli Dei hike. When we arrived, weary from our long hike that day, he offered us a ride to a lovely local restaurant in the delightful nearby town of Galliano. Simon even helped us get back to the trail the next morning. He is truly an exceptional host, and we thoroughly enjoyed our too brief stay.

Negative: Nothing--only wish our stay had been longer.

Positive: We booked the room at the last minute and although he was very busy, our host Simon was able to accommodate. One of the nicest and most genuine people you will ever meet. The amazing villa is peaceful and gorgeous.

Positive: Our host was extremely friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful location with fantastic views, great breakfast, comfortable lounge where we could make tea/coffee. Would absolutely recommend, we will definitely stay there if we visit the area again.

Positive: The property is located on top of a hill will a magnificent view. The style is clean and the property feels new. The owners and staff are super friendly and look after every need you might have. Great location for race days at Mugello.
