Positive: OUR RATING: 6* (that's not a mistake: 6*, not 5*) because of: PROPERTY • The location of the facility on a Tuscan hill providing complete privacy with $ 1 million view • Carefully reconstructed historical buildings equipped with modern installations (e.g. each room is air-conditioned with a separate controller, excellent WiFi throughout the area) • Beautiful interiors with thousands of perfectly matched details. • In 2 apartments, in which there are 4 bedrooms, 2 very large living rooms with sofa beds that can be used for sleeping, a living room on the first floor, two fully equipped kitchens, 2 dining rooms, 5 bathrooms. • Outside the apartments there is a kitchen and dining room used for breakfast, dinner, cooking class, etc. • Beautiful swimming pool with a view of the valley, 9 sun loungers, umbrellas, several places with cushions, pool towels • Under the pool there is a sauna with a viewing window, changing room, toilet, shower. • In a separate building there is a gym with a place for games and fun (huge TV, fridge for drinks, etc.) • Two separate barbecue areas (gas and brick grill) with tables and chairs for a dozen people each. • 6 covered parking spaces, including 2 with charging stations. • The whole is surrounded by beautiful greenery: lawns, cypresses, rosemary, lavender, below an olive grove, chestnut forests all around. PEOPLE / SERVICE • Service at the level of a 5* hotel • 100% cleanliness. Daily cleaning of the apartments, changing of towels, replenishing of cosmetics (olive sets), bathrobe, slippers • The service are personally supervised by the owners living on the first floor of the building. Angela and Alessandro speak perfect English (Italians who previously lived in Canada). They will answer all your questions, point out interesting places to visit, nearby vineyards, restaurants, museums, festivals and concerts. They will organize additional activities (cooking class, wine tastings bikes, yoga)... (continued in the next section)

Negative: ...(continued): • The hosts offer their own olive oil, honey, vegetables, citrus fruits, cakes as well as wine and extraordinary beer from neighboring producers. It was a short (7 nights) but wonderful vacation. We have visited dozens of beautiful hotels around the world, but this one is THE BEST of them all, that's why we decided to leave this review. A wonderful place with beautiful views, tastes and scents with a 5* service, where you FEEL AT HOME. We will definitely come back there and not just once.
