Summary: Our unit, both outside and inside, involved a very inconvenient number of stairs. We hauled our luggage across the grass in the back to take it in through the bedroom slider to avoid the many stairs to the front. Though the unit had three levels, both bathrooms were on the lower level, adding to the inconvenience. Furnishings were basic and clean. Golf course and golf carts were in rough condition. The only outdoor pool with water in it was overcrowded, so inaccessible to us.

Summary: The carpet on stairs was filthy. The bed was like a brick wall so uncomfortable. The cleaning crew didn’t do a good job prior to my arrival-hair all over floors, crumbs in bed, grease marks on night stand. Gross!

Summary: The staff was very welcoming, and promptly got us set up in our room. We got the King Deluxe Studio. Didn’t realize that the room had its own private sauna, which was cool. The property itself needs some TLC with landscaping. The floors were gross though, after walking barefoot for a little, our feet were BLACK. The bed was a little hard to sleep on, the pillows were borderline non existently thin, with only 3 pillows on a king bed. The hardest part about the stay was the door that could open up to join with the room next door, had huge gap at the bottom and you could hear EVERYTHING that the next door neighbors said and did. Privacy and peace and quiet was not a thing for us as long as the family next to us was there. The price was ok, but with all of the other little things, it made the stay not enjoyable for an anniversary trip for my wife and myself.

Summary: Very clean but the tub drain would not up stay so I had to get on my knees to unplug it. The toilet paper kept falling off the role. Too cold in the living room and too warm at night upstairs

Summary: We have stayed on this property for 3 years in a row, and experience has been very good. However, things have changed a little. When extra towels were needed we were told to use the washing machines provided and toilet paper we only had 1 one for the duration of our stay which was 5 days. Despite these hiccups we enjoyed our stay and used the surrounding areas to shop for our necessities.
