Summary: This place has become my go-to stay when I’m in the area. Den at the front desk goes above and beyond to make sure I have a comfortable stay every visit. Quiet, clean and convenient!

Summary: The room was clean with clean linens and comfortable pillows. We wer in a handicap room as i use a walker and have a service dog. I was able to negotiate the walker in the bathroom, however the space around the bed was difficult. If I had used a wheelchair it would not have fit. The mattress had springs that you had to curve your body to lie down and hope you don't turn over in your sleep. The chair was difficult to use as it is completely worn out. The chair in the lobby is in even worse shape, i didn't attempt to sit in it. The shower is set up wrong for disabled use. The shower bench is sloped and under a hand held shower unit that is way to high and pointed in the wron direction to actually shower. We spent 2 nights and i did not shower. Next the multi levels of the main entrance are difficult to manage with a walker and would be impossible if i had a wheelchair. We have mobility scooters and did not use them because the entrance is unusable unless you can pick up your equipment. Thus impossible. This is NOT ADA accessible. I would suggest the owners live 2 days with mobility equipment in this room and try to enter and exit the main entrance with its multi level surfaces. They seem like nice people and im sure that would do something to fix these issues even if it cost some money. Also the entrance door is so heavy i needed help to open it. Because of these issues this will be our last stay at Plymouth Inn. The location is great for the Cheese Drop, New Years Ev

Summary: We were in town for a funeral. Spent very little time in the room. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was quite. Meet our needs perfectly. Walking distance of everything. Lovely oldtime downtown. 😊 would stay there again. Not new and sparkley but nice.

Summary: This was a disappointment. The lights by the bedside did not function because of a broken switch in the wall & we didn't care for the vinyl flooring in the room. The guy at the front desk didn't seem too friendly, but he did recommend the Mexican restaurant down the block from the hotel. I didn't interact with a live person at check out, instead called from a telephone at the front desk to check out. I was told I would get a receipt sent to my email address, which I am still waiting for after four days. This hotel is in a convenient location but I wouldn't recommend it as a place to stay.

Summary: The rooms are large and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The fridge in the room that I had was quite small though. It is very inexpensive and very close to the very cute downtown of Plymouth. I will stay there again

Summary: Property was once an old place that has been renovated in the recent past. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Room was hot upon arrival but the AC brought it down to a pleasant level before the sun came up the next day. I could hear the adjacent rooms TV thru the walls. The room still had the original small round toilet with the no room for my junk. Biggest issue was the tub. It was an insert where the handle was below my knees. With the soft water it was slicker than snot in the tub.They did provide a mat, to put in the tub to help slipping, so they know it's an issue. Final issue is the shower curtain. It's on of those plastic cloth things that's hung to far into the tub. It would stick to me at every turn. To keep it from sticking to would result in water on the bathroom floor.

Summary: Overall it was a nice place to stay. My room had a window that I couldn't shut all the way & there were car races going on nearby & it was loud, so closing the window may have helped. My dog also found a used cough drop under the bed, so it wasnt thoughly cleaned.

Summary: Great location. The employees were nice and helpful. The place could use a little updating, but was nice and very clean. Bed was comfy. Less expensive than the alternatives in the area. I'd definitely stay there again when I need to stay in the area.
