Positive: I enjoyed everything about this property! The property is very private and located in a beautiful garden in the back of the owners house. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful during my stay. There are plenty of dishes and kitchen supplies so I was able to cook a few nights. The bathroom had a great tub. The orchard is close 5 minute walk and town is about 15 minutes walking.
Negative: Nothing!

Positive: Everything! Honestly, this is such a gem. Every little thing has been carefully considered. It feels so special and private and yet the location is just a short walk from the city. The carriage itself is beautifully restored and immaculately presented. The owners are wonderful people, friendly, warm and full of helpful advice. And they have the best dogs, but if you're not a dog fan, don't worry, they won't bother you at all! Adored our stay here and will definitely return.

Positive: Fantastic renovation of a railway carriage, lovely cosy interior, good kitchen facilities. Very welcoming and helpful hosts - thank you for the welcome pack - and use of books, tourist info maps. Very peaceful location, within easy walk of Canterbury attractions or drive to coast.
Negative: Visitor parking space difficult to get into but hosts helpfully swapped car spaces around to accommodate this.

Positive: The hosts couldn't be more helpful. Loads of nice walks. Both into the centre & also through the local orchards. A craft brewery within easy walking distance. Peacefully and relaxed.
Negative: Leaving. But oh hum !!! Work gets in the way.

Positive: Lovely, unique place. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, tidy and well equipped. The owners were smashing people, very friendly.
Negative: Although it is pet friendly, we couldn't leave the dog at all, even for short periods, which gave us logistical problems for some our arrangements. Perhaps that could be advised when booking for a pet. No problem that we couldn't overcome, though. We would probably make alternative arrangements for our dog if we stayed again.
