Positive: Great location, close to Sheffield and within walking distance of Dore train station. The location is very quiet and there is no problem with parking. Facilities were very clean and modern. Overall, we would stay again and would recommend to others!

Positive: The location was great. Easy access to Peak District and local amenities in the town. The property is maintained at good standard. Kitchen, dining and garden areas were superb for a family with children.

Negative: Checkin time was unusually late at 5 pm. Only one bathroom for 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms are a bit small except one master. The property and the area is extremely quiet in the night and even a slight whisper or movement in the property is audible. Large Cobwebs in multiple places means cleanliness can be improved.

Positive: Very clean and tidy, great kitchen facilities. In a quiet location near a very good pub. Nice welcoming pack.

Negative: Only one minor point - the pillows were a bit flat and a couple of spares would be nice too. Just an observation not a complaint.

Summary: Very pleasant, clean and comfortable. Good location on the edge of the Peak District and Sheffield.

Negative: Everything was fine. However in the 2 of the bedrooms there was a slight smell of smoke maybe from the previous visitor. For the money I expected better.
