Positive: Great location, short drive away from the seaside towns, easily accessible. Bed comfortable. Kitchen has all equipment. Utilise the outer shed freezer and BBQ great additional extra. Washing machine in there too with detergent.

Positive: Beautiful cottage with a lovely grass area for the children to play, could do with some gates on the main opening for extra safety with the children playing. Much bigger than the pictures show, we were very surprised as thought it was smaller. Fab location with some pocket beaches 10mins away. Mablethorpe and Skeggy get really packed and struggle to find car parking spaces.

Negative: Day 2 everyone was being poorly, we put it down to the water and bought big bottles of water from the shop until we left. The double bed downstairs and also the single bed downstairs, the people using them were getting bitten throughout the night. Not sure what they were biting but they left lots of bites on feet and legs, so that was rather uncomfortable. Not sure what we make of the host, very quick to make negative comments about other guests and said she was quite sure those people were from the same area as us guests. Not the welcoming we'd of liked really as we were already made to feel uncomfortable within 5 mins of arriving

Positive: So much space, looks compact in photos but much roomier than it emplies.Floors down stairs are all tiled so Slippers a must or bring bed side mat!! Easy to keep clean swipe or Vacuum.Lovely Garden area for children to run play in with nice shelter to use day or night, we used BBQ provided we had fruit kebabs n Marsh mellows night time boys loved it...Wasing Machine a gods send, boys make washing helped so much. Only 20 mins from either Skegness or Mablethorpe, with lovely Anderby Creek beach short drive away, contactless card payment, toilets and beach shop/ cafe bar food. Bunk beds better for smaller ages not for adults but beds are comfy just don't sit up!!! Excellent stay Recommended 100%

Positive: The layout of the rooms gave individual privacy to people staying in each bedroom. There is a really nice sized hallway. The decor was lovely and I really liked the large family sized table which allowed for us all to get together. The bedding was extremely comfortable and the house was suitably warm. I met up with Family from the south of England, having driven from Shetland and found the master bedroom with ensuite comfortable indeed. The house is situated down a country lane it’s large lawned garden was sheltered with a tall hedgerow to increase privacy. There was a really sweet little rain shelter pod, which we used to sit and watch the lovely sunsets and the birds, nesting and feeding in the hedgerow opposite where I can definitely recommend this cottage in all aspects for a very pleasant country break. Very clean.
