Summary: Excellent employee service starting from the pleasant check in process which was very welcoming, whose genuine sweet smile was always appreciated, to the hotel’s lounge employee for the evening reception who was very attentive, his polite and gentle manner is worth its weight in gold. We keep coming back at the Marriott Pleasanton year after year. This weekend I reserved 3 rooms for a family staycation. Our adult daughter and son, their respective family, and especially our 3 well-behaved teen and pre-teen grandchildren enjoyed a very delightful weekend staycation.

Summary: Welcoming, well trained staff. Breakfast buffet is back to the pre-pandemic high quality and variety. Room is clean and comfortable. Thankfully the hotel still does not charge extra for parking.
