Summary: Family suite had been recently redone and looked brand new. The mattresses were new and very comfortable.

Summary: Our room had cockroaches. We complained 3 times to reception. On the 3rd they offered to move us to another room. We did this at midnight with 2 little kids. We were given an empty bag for the inconvenience.

Summary: Stayed in room 3040 with so much water damage to the bathroom door it prevented privacy when using the toilet. We couldn’t close the door while doing the most private of functions. The rooms don’t come with a water kettle.

Summary: Everything was good. Recommend going in November/ December, we were the only ones in the whole resort ( it seemed like it atleast). Everything was good overall

Summary: Check-in was extremely confusing — was told to email my confirmation to the hotel(?). The pool was nice, but the temperature was too cold. Jacuzzi was not warm enough. Staff, for the most part, was friendly and helpful. Spa facilities were nice, but the fitness center/gym was tiny.
