Summary: Fair condition of room however great service from staff

Summary: Staff was nice. There are only about 8 parking spots, but I only fount this to be a problem on weekends, when you can use the rest of the lot free of charge. Check your room for bedbugs before settling in because I found some in my first room. Luckily, the staff quickly switched me to another room, which was perfectly fine.

Summary: ’s worth the price for a three-star hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room service was great. The room furniture was old and in need of replacement, but everything was clean. The rooftop pool was cool — don’t forget to try it! There’s also designated free parking in the back if you have a rental car. The neighborhood feels safe, though it’s not a beautiful or wealthy area. The nearby Turkish restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices.

Summary: It was an average stay for a 2 star hotel. But what I have a problem with is when they advertise a premium and luxurious 4 star hotel in their pics and bio. Felt like a bait and switch. The staff and reception were kind, so it’s not their fault. Just false advertising. Water leaks from under glass in shower. Aging/peeling decor. No shampoo or conditioner. No hand soap tray. I booked a queen bed, but found two single beds pushed together. Poor WiFi connection in my room. AC took hours to cool. A decent hot tub upstairs with no water. Again, things you expect at a 2 star hotel, not a 4 star as they list.
