Positive: A very comfortable hotel with very high standards - for sure the best you can find in the Mt Bromo area. The room was nearly perfect, the service was excellent, the food was amazing, and services were superb.

Negative: Just two remarks. The hotel was too cold, in particular the dining and breakfast area - the room was fine, however. The water temperature for showers and particularly for taking a bath in the amazing hotel room bathtube was a bit too cold.

Summary: Nearly perfect - with a small deduction for the ambient temperature in the breakfast and dining area

Positive: •love the scenery, the resort tour. •love all the staffs for their warmth, kindness, politeness especially Rina, Hanef, Nurul, Fajar and a few others whom i forgot to ask their names. •the grilled salmon which i ordered for dinner was yummy.

Negative: •have to request for iron/ironing board to be delivered to the room •breakfast could be better for a 5* hotel/resort

Positive: The resort sits on the top of a hill with stunning views of the surrounding mountains/volcanos and even the ocean coast. Sunrise/sunset time is very pretty. Unfortunately there seems common to be foggy in the afternoon though. The landscaping is beautiful with flowers, gardens, and even a well maintained green house, The room is all right, not in a big size, but the view and gardens of the resort certainly justified the cost. The service is excellent and every staff greets you whenever we run into the walkway. Checking-in process is smooth and pleasant. The two restaurants are both decent. The location is also pretty close to Mt Bromo so that we don't have to getup really early for the sunrise tour and can even come back to hotel around 10ish after watching the sunrise and claiming to the crater.

Negative: Just note that there can be many stairs if to walk around in the resort property. The main restaurant can have more options.
