Positive: Family business isn’t about business. It’s about the family. And Emanuel and his parents did great job here. Big, clean and quiet villa when you can fully relax. It has everything what we need to stay, by our surprise the fridge was full of local products and Emmanuel’s mum made (3 times!) very delicious local food. Emanuel’s father delivered once fresh peaches from his garden. What a dream! In some places we need always buy salt, but this villa has everything: olive oil, coffee, what ever you think it’s there. The villa has almost dedicated beach (in Greece all beaches are public, but this for sure “belongs” to this villa, at least the sprint the same: families have very enjoyable moments in amazing place, you can feel it from first minutes. Near by (10-15 minutes by car) we found local seafood shops and for our luck a local market where we bought the freshest fish and veggies. Of course on villa you can easily make grill and treat your family. We truly enjoyed every minute here (even didn’t travel much around, because it was no reason to be honest) Thank you Emmanuel your mother and your father for amazing and memorable experience. Fully recommend this place!

Positive: This was by far the most welcoming and generous hosting I’ve experienced; Manos and his family understand that if you choose their place you don’t feel like going far, so they give you all reasons to stay – with treats in the fridge and warm fresh Moussaka in the oven. If you're looking for a hidden spot, away from the crowds, this is the perfect place for you. The villa itself, which was clean and well equipped, the outdoor kitchen and shower, the beach which is only steps away. If you do want to go out, Sitia is just 15 minutes’ drive.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this accommodation. It offers the perfect balance of being in a peaceful, secluded location while still being just a short drive from town. The house was exceptionally clean, with large, spacious rooms and stunning views of the ocean. Having access to a private beach was a real highlight—it was perfect for swimming when the sea was calm. The outdoor area was absolutely beautiful and felt like having our own private resort. The host was incredibly kind and generous. They welcomed us with a fridge fully stocked with food and drinks and even brought us delicious homemade Greek food during our stay, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, and travelling with our one-year-old baby was made so much easier because the accommodation had everything we could have asked for. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay, and we would gladly return in the future.

Positive: The house feels like a real villa, not just a holiday home. The waterfall system was great for our five-year-old to play with. The beach is public, but no one except us ever went there. The location is super secluded and the mountains offers some wind protection. There is a lot of fine equipment in the house, e.g. a Nespresso machine, many games, a small airhockey table etc. Landlords were super friendly and helpful and exceeded expectations a lot. We believe this is exactly what most people look for.
Negative: Nothing to improve.

Positive: This villa is a gem. The surroundings are so beautiful you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming when you walk out on the balcony in the morning with a coffee. The secluded pebble beach is right on the doorstep, but unlike the wild beaches you might find elsewhere in Crete, this one comes with a well-appointed outside patio/garden area, which includes an outside shower, sun loungers, and everything else you might desire. Inside the house is spacious and clean. There are mosquito nets on all the windows and balcony doors, so you can keep windows open in the evening and night (we were there in the autumn and didn't feel the need to use air conditioning). You fall asleep listening to the sea. It feels like the hosts have thought of everything. There is a more than sufficient quantity of anything that you might need - from breakfast supplies to drinking water kept cool in the fridge to olive oil to wine to coffee pods to washing capsules. The hosts are a family, truly hospitable, warm and generous, and they made the experience something more than just another vacation. We hope to return.

Positive: Absolutely gorgeous place: just by a small beach, 15 minutes drive to Sitia. House surroundings and garden are very well arranged with space to relax and play, outdoor shower etc. The flat itself lovely and spacious, super clean with everything you need for comfortable stay. Spapcious bedrooms with lots of storage, terrace with seaview for stay-in meals. Perfect place to relax and unwind. The host family took very very good care of us - starting with extremely generous welcome basket and home made delicacies, to great local recommendations re: places to see and restaurants.
Negative: No complains really, but do be careful on the stairs.

Positive: The villa is spacious very clean and accomodated with all you can wish. They greated us with a basket full of their garden fruits, Raki and olive oil. The family was so friendly welcoming it made the experience no less than perfect. Amazing sunrises every morning.... The perfect place to meet again your soulmate and fall in love
