Summary: The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, although the items in the room seemed rather old and worn out (dresser, pillows, shower curtain, etc.). Breakfast was pretty standard for the price. The area seemed rather shady, but we didn't run into any issues with theft / crime. Overall I wouldn't want to stay for too long, but it was fine for the one night we stayed.

Summary: This has always been my go to when staying in Memphis due to the separate bedrooms. However, this trip will probably be my last due to an employee’s children living in the room above us, stomping all hours of the night. One night we were there we were woken at 1 and 4 AM with them jumping around.
