Summary: A gorgeous B&B, the rooms are lovely with a large spa bath. The back balcony was very welcoming after a long drive, with an outdoor spa. Charles, the host was absolutely lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to make the time for breakfast, better than many cafes that we had experienced. Amazing, peaceful place to stay after a long day on the road

Summary: The room was very clean and well appointed, local shops and Rye pier are just a short walk down the road and the hot springs are less than 10 minutes away. Charles is a great host, the big breakfast was amazing, would love to stay here again.

Summary: Our experience at the Plantation House was one of the best ever, considering both B&Bs and hotels. The checkin was completetly uncomplicated, and Charles was the best host one can expect! He was always eager to give us tips on our experiences (specially regarding the wineries!). Also the breakfast was SUPERB! You had to fill out a "form" stating what you would like to have the next day, also with beverage etc. Everything was absolutely delicious, and, believe me, it was PLENTY food! :) The room was huge, with high ceiling, expendidly clean and with everything one needs. The property also has a bath tub, which we really enjoyed! I can't thank Charles enough for this amazing experience, which was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

Summary: Plantation House B&B is exceptional! Beautiful rooms, amazing hosts Lorraine and Charles, excellent breakfast, and stunning Rye Beach just a 2-minute walk away. Highly recommend!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the Plantation. The property is very close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants along the Rye strip. Parking was easy. The New Havanna suite was spacious and the gas fireplace kept us warm. The spa was clean and hot (we did miss hooks to hang towels and robes). Breakfast was top quality and prepared exactly when we asked. Highly recommended
