Positive: Everything about this apartment is perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, coffee machine, etc and it's provided with some supplies such as dishwasher tabs, coffee, etc), the living room/kitchen is quite spacious and confortable. It has free WiFi. The bedrooms are quite spacious, with lots of light and it's possible to have an extra bed for the children in the rooms without extra payment. There is a game room in the basement with table tenis, kicker, etc and a storage area to keep the ski gear. The house is very quiet and well insulated both from noise and cold and every room has an individual heating system. The apartment is located in the main street of Mutters with an amazing view of the mountains and within walking distance to the local commerce and to the bus and train/tram that can be used for free with a Welcome card provided by the landlord/Innsbruck turism office for visitors and can take you to the ski areas or to Innsbruck if you don't want to use your car. It's super convenient for parents with children in the ski school in the Muttereralm or for those who want to ski there because it takes less than 3 minutes from the apartment to the Muttereralm. By car it takes less than 10 minutes to Innsbruck city center and by train/tram less than 20. The landlord is very nice and helpful for anything needed. It's already the second winter holidays that we've stayed in this apartment and I would recommend it to anyone. (The photos of the apartment on the website are outdated, the apartment is fully renovated with a new kitchen and new furniture and so reality is better than the photos)

Positive: A wonderful place in a quiet and easily accessible location, car parking in front of the door, everywhere clean and prepared for maximum comfort, the owner is absolutely wonderful, helpful, accommodating, speaks perfect English and does not bother guests with unnecessary things. We were extremely satisfied and recommend this destination to everyone! We will remember the accommodation and the owner for a long time and we will definitely be happy to come back!

Positive: clean and comfortable apartment located 30 minutes by tram (VVT) from the center of Innsbruck. Good bakery and excellent pizzeria in Mutters. Supermarket located at a tram stop. TÉLÉCABINES (MUTTERSALMBAHN)20 minutes walk away (nice walks on top), Olympic springboard at 2 stops, pretty village of Natters to take for a stroll

Negative: The stay was pleasant, the only super unpleasant note was the car parking, because on arrival we were not told anything, but when we had to leave we were charged extra. But it seemed more to avoid giving change to pay the resort fee since she had not mentioned anything about parking on arrival. It is true that the request was only 10 euros but it is more the way it was done

Positive: We probably had the best 2 bedroom apt from.the four with view of Nordkette mountain range. Very spacious and comfortable place for 2 couples. Kitchen is perfect too. Owner lives below and is very helpful. Car parking in front of the house

Negative: Nothing really, unless it's the cancellation policy, but it's just the perfect spot between the mountains and the city of Innsbruck..

Positive: The location of the guesthouse was excellent in relation to the surrounding ski resorts. The transportation connection to Innsbruck was also great, with a nearby tram stop. The accommodation was nice and spacious. The rooms had large double beds and comfortable mattresses. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a capsule coffee maker and a toaster. Everything was clean. I can recommend it to everyone.

Negative: In the guesthouse, I would appreciate a stronger Wi-Fi signal.
