Positive: The property was excellent, 2-3 minutes from everything you could need: big shop, souvenir alley, taverns, restaurants and the most important very close to the beach. It is located in a quiet area and has a large yard where you can park your car. Everything is green, grass, trees and they even have a vegetable garden. The owner was very kind and helped us with absolutely everything we needed, thanks! We highly recommend this accommodation for a successful vacation!

Negative: This is a constructive opinion, when you leave the apartment and remove the card the washing machine stops, it would be very useful to put it on a separate electrical circuit so that it does not stop because when we returned in the evening instead of putting the laundry to dry we waited for the washing program to finish and we unintentionally disturbed the neighbors below, sorry neighbors!

Positive: Great location, great welcome, nice and big place, everything we needed after a round trip of the island, beautiful garden, easy parking. wonderful host.

Negative: Some window nets need an improvement, we used the shutters instead. Everything else was great!

Positive: we liked the quietness even though it was excellently located with tavernas,bars and restaurants . The host was real friendly though there was a language barrier it wasn't a problem,we had 2beers and bottle of water left in fridge for us.he gave us peaches off his tree too.We had later flight so he even got us a room where we could stay for the day to get changed etc for our flight which was very kind of him too.All in all we had a great holiday in Roda..

Negative: if I had to nit pick only the apartment was slightly dated in decor but that wasn't a problem

Positive: Location was fabulous. It was next to a field that had fireflies in at night and where we watched the neighbourhood cats playing. We heard a Scops owl calling, saw a pine martin a few times run across the site and lots of bats. It was so close to the beach but far enough away not to get noise from the bars. The apartment itself was a bit of a time warp...the pictures were a little crooked, sofa a little hard at the back but overall we absolutely loved it there and wouldn't hesitate to return. Yiannis and his family were lovely. We got a wave off the little black cat every evening (with the help of Yiannis's mum!!) and the others on site came to see us each day. It's very refreshing to see a family care for the animals like they do. We even had a resident geko in the apartment which I thought might have been a mouse at first but we got to see it a few times. Lovely pinky coloured thing.

Negative: Personally I thought the mattresses were a bit hard but everyone has their own preferences.

Negative: Liked everything. Could perhaps be improved with microwave, although not essential as full cooking facilities.

Positive: Spacious apartment with 3 air-cons few step from beach. Really helpful owners willing to change my booking 3 times. Nice beach, shops, restaurants, medical centre. Know exacly where to ho if I am again in the area.

Positive: Very cosy and nicely set up apartment. Location wise is great, although not facing the beach directly, but is just 2min walk(literally), same for bars, restaurants etc. Own parking and terrace. The entire apartment feels like an aunties home (in a very nice way). Overall - very pleased!

Negative: Only thing to mention just to be 100% objective - the mattresses are very solid. Some may like it some may not.
