Summary: Our second year at Piton Bungalows. Last year we set out most days we set our to explore Guadeloupe. This year, it was much easier. We made breakfast every morning in our little kitchen, shared our bread with the birds. Then headed down to the beach at Grand Anse for sun, surf, lunch, more swimming. Then back to the bungalow, dip in the pool, ti punch, nap, dinner in Deshaies. Every day was the same. Every night, the wind blew thru our bedroom, lulling us to sleep. We live a rustic life style on our island, we were 1500 miles away and felt right at home. It was the most relaxing vacation ever. Valerie and Matthieu are gracious hosts whether making a dinner reservation or sending you to their favorite beach. They arranged dinner on our arrival and as always the ingredients for your ti punch will be waiting for you.

Summary: Property was in very good condition, easy to find, location is ok, you need a car for everything, but it's not very hard, No mosquito net on window and no glass as well. Kitchen , bathroom are in very good condition and equipped well. So overall is very good place.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at Piton Bungalows. We have a very specific set of desires and needs when we travel: 1.) a fantastic view and 2.) accommodations that are like a home, i.e. a separate sleeping area, a functional kitchen and hosts that are like friendly concerned neighbors. We had all of these at Bungalows Piton. Valérie and Matthieu were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The view from our Bungalow #3 was a wide open vista of the sea and nearby hills. As a bonus, my wife and I are fanatical dog lovers, and we were adopted by a neighbor's dog, Ti Chou. If we could have snuck her on the plane home, it might have happened. The bungalows are up in the hills, and are blessed with cooling trade winds. No need for AC or fans.

Summary: A fantastic place to stay, great hosts, and the location is ideal for chilling and sightseeing. This place is perfect to experience the "real" Caribbean and the local beaches are absolutely beautiful.
