Positive: Fantastic location right in the centre of the old town. Beautifully furnished and comfortable apartment, felt very homely. Extremely well equipped. The host was very welcoming, with great communication pre check in and during our stay with lots of helpful suggestions and information.

Negative: Nothing! It was all fabulous.

Positive: Location to the historic center was excellent. The host has thought of everything you may need while there. She provided many snacks, milk and condiments. The bed and linens were comfortable. Washer & Dryer a plus. The apartment was immaculate and uncluttered. Having a designated garage parking space was nice not to have to worry about finding street parking. The residents in the building were quiet and respectful. We would stay here again!

Negative: We prefer a code for checkin, not having to meet a host or property manager. The host was lovely but again we prefer to checkin with a lockbox code.

Summary: Perfect place to stay in Oviedo.

Positive: The host Carmen was truly exceptional. I travel for work as a pilot and she is the best host I have ever experienced. I left glasses in the apartment and she arranged for someone to bring them to me many miles away…just outstanding and truly caring. Her attention to detail in the apartment is the best I have ever seen. ¡Muchas gracias!

Positive: Clean, comfortable and great location. Well equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. Love the thoughtful touches and instructions that the host has provided for the apartment. A role model for a well run place.

Negative: Car park is a little tight but it’s not unusual for parking facilities in the region.

Positive: If I could give this property 11 out of 10 I would. This is what a hosted apartment should be plus an exceptional host, spotlessly clean, very generous with add ons, like food and snacks, cleaning and washing products. The home is fully equipped with modern IT. There has been no skimping on appliances. Everything is of good quality. It is without doubt the best property of its kind I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. Carmen the host deserves special mention. Communication was easy, and responded to questions within minutes, recommendations for sight seeing perfect. But it was the little touches that made you fell at home. Little things like a sowing kit, ample coffee, plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. But most important good quality wine glasses, It really made our stay in Oviedo. The position of the apt is easy to access by car (parking in the building provided,) and right next to the old town. It was a joy to explore this wonderful city

Positive: We liked everything about the property. It was beautifully decorated and the best equipped property I think we’ve ever stayed in. Carmen had thought of everything down to the smallest detail. Everything was spotlessly clean and homely. Carmen was so helpful with everything we needed and gave us some lovely recommendations for things to do. I can’t fault anything!
