Positive: location good. Host very helpful and supplied a toaster when we asked for one. One mad thing is that the oven door could not be opened properly as the washing machine is so close that it obstructs the door. Modern bathroom fittings were good.

Negative: Didn't like plastic matress protector. For guests at our own house we use better quality mattress protectors that are not plastic and thicker so they do not become sweaty.

Positive: The apartment is as described in the add. Recently renovated, good WiFi, the kitchen was reasonably equipped. The flat is located close to restaurants, shops and beaches. The host César was very cooperative and replied fast to all inquiries.

Negative: There could be a desk for working. The shared rooftop terrace would have much potential if equipped better.

Positive: Excellent position near restaurants, cafes and bars. 5 minutes to Laguna beaches and 10 to surfers beaches. Has a roof terrace. Apartment doesn’t get direct Sun so remains an even temperature inside. New shower room. Liked the rustic artwork in the rooms. Good washing machine and dishwasher.

Negative: Only 2 cracked Sun loungers for 4 people. Older tv. Needs new oven dishes. Could do with dish towels.

Summary: Enjoyed our holiday in this apartment.

Positive: Piso Bonito el Cotillo is a beautiful place to stay in the heart of the old town. The proximity to the sea is fantastic and it’s surrounded by restaurants and bars. The apartment itself is very spacious and perfect for our family of 5 adults. It has spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage. We will definitely be back.
