Positive: Welcoming staff member who explained everything on arrival. He spoke very good English, which was helpful. Modern, clean, spacious bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Balcony with seating. Large shared kitchen and dining area. Convenient for the Via Francigena.

Negative: There was traffic noise, although that was to be expected given the location.

Summary: Spacious, clean and comfortable.

Negative: Location was difficult to gind at night. One couldn't see the name as the night light was shining ing on it. All one could see was ´BAR´. We went passed it several times.
