Positive: I was a solo traveler, and the hostess was responsive to all of all my questions from how directions to the property, how to get the key out the box and access the door to the gate was answered with kindness and promptness. I was grateful for the help each time I called or texted. She even video'd with me to ensure I had it right. Everything you needed including tv in English and chargers for you to use if you forgot the converter were available throughout your stay. Also, 3 restaurants food and drinks were just down the hill within walking distance.

Negative: The rooms feel a little bare and could use some warmth but the mattress on the bed was incredibly comfortable. The front room was comfortable, but I am always nervous that multiple uses of sofas and throw pillows are not steam cleaned after each visitor.

Positive: Amazing property . Quiet and spotless clean . Great staff , Shari helped with everything also with a little complicated things . It’s located just a few steps from pirates bay and a lot of restaurants . I will defently book again .
