Positive: There are multiple things here: * The place is great, Pacto is a hidden gem close to Quito (1.5 hours) * The staff are very helpful and nice * The story of the place is great, don't hesitate to ask * The walk to the waterfall was great, nice views, lots of nature, some facts about the area from the guide. * The rooms are awesome * The food is very tasty

Negative: There was only a few things to dislike: * No airco in the cabins * Mosquitos inside the cabin, they could do a better job having some mosquito nets

Positive: The staff are accommodating and friendly. I LOVED that laundry was free - I could wash all the clothes I wanted. The place is beautiful, nestled within nature - it’s a great place for casual birdwatching as there are so many birds that come here. The toilet is very spacious and has a spa-like vibe.

Negative: The sliding door for the room I stayed in doesn’t lock
