Positive: It was a great space, close from the metro station, comfortable beds and the washing machine was a plus.

Negative: The check out time restrictions. We had a very early flight and were charged extra for leaving early.

Summary: It was a nice, good money- value balance

Positive: Well connected to metro, bed very comfortable, the space was warm, Netflix & laundry. Roberto was very accommodating to my unique circumstance.

Negative: Though close to metro, not near restaurants & shops. Be aware there is a €100 deposit you must pay in cash at check in along with taxes. They will refund you the €100 at the end of your stay after a check of the condition of the apartment.

Positive: Beautiful apartment. Close to metro. Comfortable and clean.

Negative: Our host was a little high strung. I don't know if he had previous bad experiences with other guests, but there were quite a few "RULES" to follow. We needed to catch a flight at 6:30am and his rules required a physical walk through in order to get our security deposit of 100 euros returned. This would have meant he come at 3:30am to inspect the property. Instead, he texted me that we should leave at 19:00hr, the night before. We were like...and go exactly where? So, he ended up sending his son to perform the inspection at 19:00hrs. The whole process was a lot more completed then it needed to be.

Summary: Beautiful Apartment...but read the fine print!!

Positive: Roberto is the best. Always available. He even picked us up at the cruise port ( for a fair fee ). Quick walk to the Metro stop, market, restaurants etc.

Negative: Crowds at the Vatican. Worse than Disneyland.

Positive: Very nice and warm apartment, comfortable beds, fully accessible kitchen, all kitchen appliances on site, no noise from neighbors, close to the subway, the owner of the apartment was very pleasant and very helpful. No problems. Transfers from the airport are quick and hassle-free for an additional fee from the owner of the apartment. Deposit fully recovered
