Positive: The location was excellent

Negative: A lot of maintenance is required around the property. There was a hole in the wall in the second bedroom that was partly patched and then covered with sticky tape! Very old and outdated facilities and appliances. When I arrived to check in at 3pm, they were still cleaning the room and I had to wait, check in stated it was from 2pm. Reception door was locked at checkout despite a sign saying they open at 8:30 in the morning. I checked out at 9:30. Pool was not heated despite being advertised it is. Doona cover in main bed had mould on it.
